everything was great, helpful staff, absolutely perfect location adjacent to cafes. i was offered a room with amazing views of the ocean. an electronic key card, a work desk, and satellite television were perfect. i came here for 3 nights and had a really great stay.

This hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from all the places we wanted to visit.

We had a fantastic experience at this luxurious hotel. Our upgraded room had exclusive amenities and a breathtaking view. the staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism, and the breakfast had a nice selection. the outdoor infinity pool was a highlight, with comfortable sun loungers and a stunning view.

The only minor issue we had was that the rooftop pool was only accessible until 4 pm, and after it required an additional fee. the hotel has a free pool on a lower floor, and the process of getting to the 40th floor pool could be improved with better signage or a guest key card with access at certain times.

During our Christmas stay, we found the breakfast to be quite decent with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel was situated in a great location, just a short distance away from a public beach and many shops and restaurants nearby. we enjoyed the comfortable bedding in our room.

We were not quite satisfied with the service. We had to request clean towels multiple times and were made to feel uncomfortable by the security staff.

During Christmas, we stayed in this hotel and enjoyed the amazing view from the room, which was perfectly comfortable with all the necessary amenities. the hotel's location was excellent, easy to access and close to landmarks. the breakfast options were tasty, with a wide variety of selections to choose from.

the elevator system was incredibly slow, and the private elevators made for an even bigger queue.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights and we were impressed by its facilities. The room we stayed in was not only huge but also spotlessly clean. We loved the breathtaking view of the ocean from our room. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and we had a chance to meet the general manager who was very friendly and made sure our stay was comfortable. Additionally, the location of this hotel is perfect as it's only a few minutes away from the public beach.
